This incredible project is currently underway. The property is a full refurbishment with nearly all floors being adapted and extended, along with a basement being installed.

The lighting will be controlled by Lutron Homeworks and will be amalgamated with an overarching Crestron system, all being delivered by the AV specialist (Smart Living Designs) with us working alongside them, undertaking all the wiring, containment, and mains voltage commissioning.

The lighting has a mixture of DALI and mains dimming, with the opted manufacturers being Flos, Modular Lighting and MCI Light.
