Another project we were fortunate to be a part of. Well designed and managed from start to finish and is brimming with intricate design features.

The lighting is controlled by Lutron Homeworks, all being delivered by the AV specialist (Smart Living Designs), with us working alongside them, undertaking all the wiring, containment, and mains voltage commissioning.

The lighting has a mixture of DALI and mains dimming, most of the lighting is by Orluna with other niche manufacturers for the decorative fittings. Accessories are a bespoke range by Focus SB.

The kitchen is unique in that it looks like a freestanding piece of furniture; in turn, we had to plan how to provide services throughout without being visible, a challenging yet rewarding task.
