This stunning Georgian townhouse had a full renovation along with a basement added and an extension with large portions of glazing to the rear.

The lighting design was carried out by John Cullen, with the entire system controlled by Rako. All the dimming function is 0-10v to offer a very low-end trim. All the fittings throughout were John Cullen with the Lucca uplights being our favourites really accentuating the tall ceilings. The client specified Eaton as the distribution manufacturer. The accessories are MK Edge.

This property boasts a three phase 200A incoming as so it can power a BP ultra-charger which can take a Tesla from 0% to 80% in 20 minutes.
