This apartment, set within a sought-after development, has had a full overhaul. Upgrades and amendments to the current small power to accommodate new joinery and layouts. The original lighting had different Kelvin outputs. We carried out a full lighting survey and replaced a large portion of the properties existing units as so all the fittings throughout now offer a uniform colour.

New lighting circuits were installed and configured within the existing Lutron Homeworks system, working alongside the AV contractor. Other features were also installed, including ceiling speakers within the principal rooms, Ruckus wireless access points, additional data outlets and Lutron blinds throughout.

We sourced the accessories and lighting from Focus SB, Orluna and Tagra.
