PROJECT: WIMBLEDON VILLAGE, LONDON
CLIENT: LIFESTYLE PROJECTS
DESIGNER: HARPER LATTER / GUNTER & CO / THE LIGHTING ASYLUM
Where do we start with this one...
An incredible project that we are truly grateful to be a part of. One of, if not, the most advanced properties we’ve had the pleasure of working on.
The property itself was designed by Harper Latter, with the interior headed up by Gunter & Co and the lighting design by The Lighting Asylum.
Literally miles of cabling were installed as part of the AV system. This controls the security elements: swimming pools, WUFH, AC, MVHR’s, ASHP’s, data distribution, wireless access points, photovoltaic systems and lighting via Lutron Homeworks.
The property uses the most advanced forms of renewable energy. A large battery bank is in the basement which the solar panels will charge. The house usage will be drawn from this when the kWh prices are highest. The client’s cars will also be used as energy storage and should be utilised the same way as the battery banks. The client also has a borehole for the property’s water supply, along with ASHP’s to keep the heating consumption to a minimum.
Set over four floors, it boasts indoor and outdoor pools, a climbing wall area, gym, study and pavilion.
Accessories are Focus SB’s Alisse range.
