Another amazing project we were truly grateful to be a part of.

The property itself was designed by Michael Jones, with the interior headed up by Laura Hammett.

An abundance of cabling was installed as part of the AV system. This controls the security elements: swimming pool, WUFH, AC, MVHR’s, ASHP’s, data distribution, wireless access points, photovoltaic systems and lighting via Lutron Homeworks.

We delivered the full AV system on this project with our partner (Smart Living Designs).

Set over four floors, it boasts an indoor pool, gym and sauna.

Accessories are Focus SB’s Alisse range, lighting by Orlight.
