A beautiful property located between St Johns Wood and South Hampstead.

A full renovation and extension were carried out on the property, with new spaces including a cinema room and a gym. The property had a full overhaul of all M&E services throughout.

We provided the distribution, small power, lighting, access control, data infrastructure, TV distribution, intruder alarm, CCTV and EV charging.

We used light fittings by Orluna and Teucer, along with the accessories being Focus SB’s Ambassador Classic Range.
