A truly incredible space. By far the highest specification landscaping project we have ever been a part of.

This amazing space includes a full Control 4 AV system, first fixed and terminated by us, with the design, hardware, and commissioning covered by the AV contractor.
There are fingerprint readers for access, alongside external PIR sensors and numerous CCTV cameras for security.

There is an abundance of spike lights within the custom-made planters, accompanied by wall lights to offer light from above. There are recessed Hunza step lights leading down aside the green wall to the basement courtyard, these required a design element, collaborating with our client and the stair fabricators as so the lights will fit seamlessly whilst being maintainable and supported correctly.
Located at the top of the green wall are Hunza sign lights which flood downwards to accentuate all the planting, mirrored by an Orlight recessed LED strip in the coping stone above the wall opposite to give a wash effect.

A bespoke built pergola offers an outdoor living space, with a Kitchen area boasting Subzero Wolf appliances and a pizza oven. Overhead heaters are in place for when the temperature drops in the summer evenings. There is a beautiful water feature running down the left-hand side of the space, along with external speakers (and a subwoofer) hidden within the beds as so music can be enjoyed throughout. To add the garden spans over a large pool which is below, with a section of glazing to see outside from the basement and vice versa.
