This large, detached property has undergone a full renovation along with a large extension to accommodate a pool, gym and living space.

A very high specification installation with the lighting throughout being controlled by Lutron. We had to carry out a large data installation working alongside an AV partner, who also installed speakers, TV distribution and wireless access points which we first fixed and installed the containment for.
This house has a huge pool area with automated glass sliders which are interlinked to the AV system.

The light fittings are by John Cullen, Orluna, Astro, Collingwood amongst others. The plates throughout are Forbes & Lomax and MK. The distribution side of things are by Hager.

This stunning project was a pleasure to deliver for our client.
